The Aeqai 15th Annual Fundraiser was held at the Annex Gallery, Pendleton Art Center, Cincinnati Ohio on February 2nd, 2023 with a silent auction entitled ”EIGHT BUY EIGHT.”  

Over 70 artists created new works in various media on  8” x 8” birch panels which were handsomely displayed in the Annex Gallery, owned by Jens Rosenkrantz, photographer and Aeqai treasurer. Additionally, supporters could also contribute to a matching fund challenge.

Aeqai Board Chair Cedric Cox said, “We are truly honored to have such a diverse array of artists this year contribute new works of art for our silent auction. Aeqai‘s mission to continue to share insightful art criticism, while highlighting our region’s top galleries, institutions and the people behind them is vital.”
