Oakley, OH – Brazee Street Studios’ gallery One One has opened its annual call for entry for hue:RED. hue:RED will be a shop-like exhibition with functional and non-functional items alike. The call is open to artists, designers and craftsman across all mediums. The idea behind hue:Red is to create an immersive exhibition, alive in RED artwork. Work can be entirely red, partially red, dark red, rose, merlot, burgandy, etc.
Artist submissions for hue:RED should include an artist statement, $30 submission fee and 3-5 images submitted as jpgs no larger than 300dpi or 10” in any direction. Submissions may be sent via email to [email protected] or mailed to Brazee Street Studios on CD. All entries will be reviewed by a panel of jurors, with notifications being mailed on April 26th.
All entries must be postmarked by April 22, 2013. Hue:Red will open in gallery One One with a reception on May 10, 2013 during Oakley After Hours and be on display through June 3, 2013.
